A traditional Czech Pilsner brewed with ten pounds of local honey. Light and refeshing with a hint of honeycomb at the finish.

Fisherman's 70/- Shilling Scottish Ale

Shilling categories were based on price charged per hogshead (54 Imperial gallons) during the 19th century in Scotland. Our 70 Shilling has medium malty sweetness, low hop character and mild caramel notes leading to a clean dry finish.

Fishermen's Tea Party

Smokey and smooth, the Tea Party is a berley wine made with 3 different styles of tea that were amongst the types dummped during Boston Tea Party. The tea has the added bonus of smoothing out the finish and adding to the complexity.

Our house IPA filtered through whole hop cones via the Hoppulator.

Fishermen's Homeport Pale Ale

Wet Hopped with 15 lb's of Cascade hops from TJ's & Dylan's gardens, & 20 lb's of local honey this beer is not just your ordinary pale ale. Including malt from Maine we have tried to stay with local ingredients.

Originating in England porters evolved from a blend of beers know as "Three threads" A precursor to stout, porters are said to have been favored by porters and other physical laborers.

Fisherman's Navigator

A German-style Dopple-bock with a toasty biscuit-like maltbackbone. Slighty sweet to offset the higher alcohol content, its a grand version of a classic.

Fisherman's Sunrise Saison

Saisons Were pale ale's originally brewed in the framhouse of Wallonia, the French Speaking region of Belgium. Giving it own twist, we've added fresh rhunarb and 250 lbs of whole strwberries. The result is a light pink hue and flavors that wonderfully compliment the natural tartness of the traditional saison.

Fisherman's Imperal Pumkin Stout

A dark stout accentuated by flavors of the Autumn season. Using real Pumpkin, Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Allspice, the Cape Ann Brewing Company took a freash take at the common fall seasonal. This rich dark stout offers an inviting pumpkin spice aroma that gives way to the potent roasted chocolate flavors of a stout and finishes with the delicate essence of real pumpkin.

Fisherman's Pick Ale

A truly unique beer wich started as and original homebrew recipe. Brewed with fresh cucmbers, this light bodied ale has subtle hints of melon and finishes crisp and clean. Dedicated to our head brewer Dylan "Pickle" L'Abbe-Lindquist, this beer defines brewing outside the box!

Fishermen's Bavarian Wheat

A Bavarian-style Hafeweizen, the Bavarian Wheat has hints of banana and clove making it the perfect summer beer. Light and sparking, the specialty yeast remains in supension giving it unique appearance and soft, full mouthfeel.

Fisherman's Oyster Stout

Using Hundreds of crushed oyster shells in our mash, the result was a roasty stout with rich body and smooth mouth-feel to go with it's unique flavor and aroma.
